The starting point for any renovation project or new build. Following an initial on-site consultation, I assemble and present an A1 size Project Concept Board to meet your brief. What is a Project Concept Board? It's a touchstone. An overarching 'vision board' that captures the desired look and feel of your home when works are complete. A stylistic reference point that will guide individual interior schemes later on and help ensure consistency, flow and harmony between rooms and across the project as a whole. I factor in the scope of works, the property's setting, your budget - in terms of suppliers and retailers you might wish to source from - and, of course, your style & design preferences. Your finished Project Concept Board is essentially a style blueprint that comprises collated imagery depicting generic materials, textures, surface finishes, colour schemes, architectural detailing, furniture styles and fitting types that meet your stylistic brief. Peruse at your leisure, ahead of our scheduled consultation. A 60-90 minute on-site design consultation to discuss your whole house design project and agree on an overarching look and feel, plus colours, styles and the kind of suppliers you would like to source from. Within 3 weeks of our initial meeting, your unique Project Concept Board will be ready. I will contact you to arrange a date and time to present this. COST: Flat rate fee: £275. Following receipt of your booking request, I will contact you by phone to confirm the date and time of your initial design consultation and send a pre-payment link. Upon receipt of payment, I will email you our product/brand price points guide and design styles prompt sheet. [On-site option only available for properties within a 50-mile radius of Henley-on-Thames, RG9 - this broadly covers West London, most of Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire & Oxfordshire]
